This election (consolidated) precinct data set has been established for the purpose of conducting the June 2, 2026, Gubernatorial Primary Election and to provide election precinct information to interested parties.

Permanent Vote-by-Mail Voters is a former term used prior to the County of San Diego participating in the California Voter's Choice Act (VCA) back in 2022.
The County of San Diego implemented the new VCA voting model, starting with the June 2022 Primary Election, in which every active, registered voter is mailed a ballot 28 days before Election Day. The VCA expanded vote-by-mail options to all active registered voters within the County. The PVBM field will now reflect the RV_TOTALS field.
