This layer should be used for departmental Community Needs Assessment by setting the following field attribute definition: ( Underserved_Community = 'YES' ).NOTE: This layer contains all Census Tracts within the enitrety of San Diego County; Please filter on ( Underserved_Community = 'YES' ) to display Underserved Communities as identified by the criteria noted above in this Description. This layer also contains other fields that correspond to various California State Senate & Assembly Bills (AB1550, SB535, SB244), and other versions of CES (3.0/4.0) that do not necessarily match the criteria used to identify Underserved Communities. These field attributes, however, are relevant for referential purposes to understand how to best identify, in more detail, service gaps of a particular Census Tract or Community overall.",
