When queried to COUNTY_JURISDICTION = "YES" this layer contains the areas within the Unincorporated County without Federal, Military, State, Tribal, and all other Special Districts.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This layer was created by running an identity on the CMTY_PLAN_CN layer and using the LAND_OWNERSHIP_SG as the identity feature. Then adding the COUNTY_JURISDICTION field and tagging the areas within both the CMTY_PLAN_CN and LAND_OWNERSHIP_SG as "NO". The areas that the CMTY_PLAN_CN layer does not intersect the LAND_OWNERSHIP_SG layer as "YES". Finally dissolving on County Jurisdiction not bringing any of the other information from the other layers over.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</idAbs>
