When queried to COUNTY_JURISDICTION = \"YES\" this layer contains the areas within the Unincorporated County without Federal, Military, State, Tribal, and all other Special Districts.<\/SPAN><\/P>

This layer was created by running an identity on the CMTY_PLAN_CN layer and using the LAND_OWNERSHIP_SG as the identity feature. Then adding the COUNTY_JURISDICTION field and tagging the areas within both the CMTY_PLAN_CN and LAND_OWNERSHIP_SG as \"NO\". The areas that the CMTY_PLAN_CN layer does not intersect the LAND_OWNERSHIP_SG layer as \"YES\". Finally dissolving on County Jurisdiction not bringing any of the other information from the other layers over.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>", "extent":[[6127630.073898323,6636570.663528226],[1763531.361291609,2147199.4586192304]], "url":"https://gis-public.sandiegocounty.gov/arcgis/rest/services/sdep_warehouse/JUR_COUNTY_CN/MapServer" }
