<idAbs>&lt;DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This layer was created as a reference for truck routing using County of San Diego, Board of Supervisors Policy Number J-35. Policy J-35 lists routes to protect for the use of oversize load transportation and establishes procedures to follow if projects will provide obstacles on these protected routes for oversized loads.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Routes are categorized following the Attachments in policy J-35:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Attachment A - Moving Permit Instructions&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Attachment B - Restricted Roads List&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Attachment C - 7-Ton Weight Limitations.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Roads were selected from mobility elements that are categorized as "collector" or above.
