These are businesses and agricutlural facilities that may be subject to inspection for potential polluting activies. These were drawn from lists maintained by County of San Diego Watershed Protection and Agricultural Weights and Meaures. Parcel in formation was used to map the locations. Potential pollutant categories were compared to pollutant categories listed in California's list of 303d impaired waterbodies. If the facility potentially emits a pollutant category that is a cause of impairment of a downstream waterbody, and if the facility and the waterbody are in the same Hydrolgic Subaraa, then the facilty is listed here.
