Census tracts are subdivided into block groups and census blocks.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>The TIGER/Line Files are </SPAN><SPAN>to tl_2020_06_tract.shp was downloaded from https://www.census.gov/cgi-bin/geo/shapefiles/index.php.
